Ordering
On average, it takes 6-9 business days for us to print and produce your custom mouse mat. We rework the images to get the best possible outcome, so that takes a little time. Shipping is really dependant on your location.

We are partnered with Sendle in Australia, so they are used as our local courier. For international orders, Sendle uses DHL, TNT, and FedEx depending on the region. We try to only partner with the best logistics providers to guarantee our products turn up in the fastest time and best shape.
Yes, we sure do. We ship to every country that we can think of
YOf course, we do. If there is any damage or quality issues with your new custom mousemat, then contact us straight away. We will need some details and photos of the affected area, but we will endeavor to make the process as painless as possible.
We require a minimum of 1920 x 1080 to be able to create a mousemat that looks good for you. In reality, the biggest file possible would be great. 1920 x 1080 is a normal wallpaper size so it makes it easy to find.
When you first upload your image in our customiser, the image needs to be dragged, expanded, and moved to fit the look you want. Make sure you drag out the corners of your image to resize to fit the mat. It will always look a little bit blurry because the mock tool compresses the preview. We will send a full resolution mock for you to approve before we release for production.
Our background is in printing and graphic design. We have a full-time staff of dedicated graphic and print experts that rework every image to make sure it looks its best.
MOUSEPADS
We currently do not have the capacity to custom cut individual orders. If you need a specific size and are ordering more then 50 pieces, then we can order a special run of the foam core
Yes sir. You just need to wash on a slow cold wash, and air dry
UYes, we have heavy duty stitching all the way around your mousepad. This stops fraying and drastically improves the life of the product
We currently sell XL (300mm x 700mm), XXL (400mm x 900mm) and XXXL (500mm x 1000mm). We offer them in either 2mm or 4mm thick foam.
Measure your desk and then pick the mat that fits the space best. As competitive gamers ourselves, we always recomend as big as you can possible fit to maximise your play space.
PLAYMATS
We have an option of a semi-opaque game layout overlay available for most popular TCGs. You can select them at the time of purchase. We will layout the zones over your image and send a mock to approve before production.
We can use any overlay within reason. If you have a design that you want to use and its in a format we can work with, we are happy to give it a go.
Always comes down to personal preferance. If you travel to a lot of events, then the super thin 2mm base is light and rolls up thin. If you play more at home, then the solid 4mm base is the way to go.
All our foam comes in precut sizes, so we can't offer custom sizes for one off purchases. However, if you are ordering more than 50 mats, we can do a special run.
